At Percy Lake Cottage, the fenestration was selected to quietly support the architecture rather than compete with it. A combination of SL38 fixed and operable glazing and CP 155-LS lift-and-slide doors allows the home to open fully to its surroundings while maintaining a refined, minimal exterior expression. Slim profiles, concealed detailing, and high-performance aluminum construction ensure clarity of view, durability, and year-round comfort in a four-season environment.
Custom glass cuts and tailored frame conditions were carefully coordinated to accommodate angled geometries and unique openings throughout the home. In select areas, frames were engineered to conform precisely to the glass, while in others the glass was fabricated to suit custom frame conditions—allowing consistent sightlines and seamless integration across the façade. Finished in RAL 9005 Jet Black (AAMA 2604), the systems visually recede into the architecture, framing the landscape and reinforcing the home’s quiet connection to its natural setting.
